Meet Brian
My name is Brian Schweitzerhof, and I have spent more than two decades helping individuals improve their health, fitness, and athletic performance. My career has included roles as a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, fitness director, educator, and consultant. Throughout that time, I have worked with everyone from youth athletes and general fitness clients to collegiate, professional, and tactical populations.
What has remained consistent throughout my career is a passion for helping people perform at their highest level through science, education, and practical application.
My Professional Journey
My career has provided opportunities to work in a variety of performance environments. I have coached athletes ranging from youth sports to collegiate and professional levels while also helping adults improve their health, body composition, strength, and quality of life.
Today, I serve as the Fitness Director at the Los Gatos Swim & Racquet Club in California, where I oversee personal training services, coach clients, mentor fitness professionals, and develop evidence-based programs that combine exercise, nutrition, recovery, and performance testing.
I also have experience teaching future fitness professionals through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which strengthened my passion for education and lifelong learning.
